Reap Recruitment was founded by Donna Edwards, a Fellow of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, whose career has spanned recruitment and property since 1987, including extensive specialist experience in property recruitment.
Having worked in specialist agency recruitment, in-house talent acquisition and within the property sector itself, Donna brings a practical understanding of recruitment from every side of the process.
